There are times when you may find that you need to delete a case and you do have the option to delete it, if necessary.
**Please note that any case deleted will remain in the Deleted Cases tab for six (6) months from the time it was initially deleted.
While in a case, click on the Delete Case button:
Another window will appear. Click on the Delete case button to delete the case:
Once deleted successfully, you will be taken to the Deleted tab on your dashboard showing all cases that have been deleted. If you need to restore the case, simply hit the Restore button to the left of the case:
Just remember, you have six (6) months from the time you deleted it to restore the case before it is deleted from our database permanently.
