We have exciting news! We've been hearing a desire for a signed Statement of Funeral Goods and Services contract before an online payment is accepted by the family. This is now possible by allowing the informant to electronically sign the SFGAS contract during the online checkout.

When the family goes through the online checkout as an at-need customer, they must review the goods and services selected and type their first and last name as an electronic signature. When you send the family an online invoice, they will also be able to e-sign the contract.

SFGAS disclosures and relevant information will be viewable on both the online checkout and the pdf contract. Reach out to us through the chat icon on your dashboard if you'd like to add state specific disclosures to the contract.

When the informant types their first and last name and agrees that it is a legal representation of their signature, it will appear on a SFGAS pdf.

When the informant submits payment, the signed Statement of Goods and Services contract will be available for you to download, print, and sign in the payment section of the dashboard.

The informant will receive a copy of the SFGAS contract in their email.

We also added a new section in "Forms" for you to easily access all signed SFGAS contracts.

If an invoice is unpaid or paid offline, you will be able to download an unsigned SFGAS contract.

We are excited to save you and your families time by allowing them to electronically sign the SFGAS contract during the online checkout. If you do not see this feature, please let us know so we can set it up for you. Stay tuned for more SFGAS related updates in the near future!

If you have any additional feedback, please let us know so we can improve the experience for you and your families!
