What Is Considered a Case
A case is any record created in Parting Pro.
Cases are how your team organizes and manages families, forms, and workflows in one place.
When you are first getting started, it is completely normal to create additional cases while learning the system. Your subscription rate does not change during your initial contract period as your team gets up to speed.
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Your subscription plan is based on your expected annual case volume and is agreed on at the time of sale.
All plans include full access to Parting Pro features and tools. Pricing scales with usage over time so your plan can grow alongside your business.
Subscriptions are typically set up with a 12 month commitment.
How Usage Is Reviewed
We review case usage on a quarterly basis to understand overall trends.
This helps us
• Avoid reacting to short term spikes
• Account for seasonal changes
• Keep plans aligned with long term usage
When Plan Changes May Occur
Plan changes are only considered after reviewing longer term usage trends and usually occur at renewal or after the initial contract period.
If a change is ever needed
• We will send you a message ahead of time
• Any updates take effect at the start of a new billing cycle
• Pricing never changes mid month
If usage trends suggest a plan change may be needed in the future, we will reach out proactively so there are no surprises.
How Monthly Subscription Billing Works

After each monthly subscription charge, you will receive an email from Parting Pro confirming your payment.

Drop Shipping Merchandise Billing
Drop shipping charges are billed separately from your subscription.
What to expect
• You are charged for the total cost of merchandise ordered on your behalf
• Charges cover orders placed during the previous month
• Billing occurs near the beginning of the following month
Your drop shipping receipt includes a link to a detailed breakdown of all merchandise costs associated with your cases.
Billing for drop shipped merchandise is typically completed within 7 to 10 days of the start of the new month.
You will receive separate receipts for subscription charges and drop shipping charges.
