Our customers love how easy it is to get a SFGAS signed when a family pays online. Exciting news - you can now also request an e-signature from a recipient who paid for an invoice offline!

To request an e-signature for an offline invoice payment, simply select "Send request for electronic signature" when recording an offline payment...

OR send the request after you record an offline payment.

Locate the invoice within the case on the payment page, click the three little dots next to the paid invoice, and click Send request for e-signature from the options dropdown

You will receive an email notification when the recipient signs the SFGAS and it is available to download.
