Parting Pro Billing

Unless otherwise specified, your monthly Parting Pro subscription will be charged automatically on the due date stated in your invoice. If a payment is overdue or fails, a banner will appear at the top of your dashboard, reminding you to make the payment promptly. This is to help you avoid service interruptions, including dashboard and online store deactivation.

Non-Payment and Account Deactivation

If a funeral home does not pay their Parting Pro subscription invoice within 90 days of the due date, the Parting Pro dashboard and online store will be deactivated. This means you will lose access to your dashboard features and the ability to process online transactions until the outstanding balance is fully resolved.

Prevent Disruptions: Stay Current on Invoices

Staying up to date with your payments ensures uninterrupted access to the tools and features that streamline your operations and serve your clients efficiently.
