To create a new case, from your dashboard click + NEW CASE.
The case details screen will open, allowing you to enter as much or as little information as you have. Use the navigation panel on the left to move between sections.
While no fields are required to create a case, you must include the informant’s first name, last name, and email address to send the family to your online store, forms, or invoices.
The Internal section helps you track additional details such as the Case Manager, Funeral Director, Lead Source, and Case Stage.
After entering the necessary information, click Create Case to save it.
