A big pain point for many of you is the administrative work required to file for death certificates. From collecting the information from the family, to entering it into EDRS - there's so much manual work.

Common feedback we've been hearing:

  • "Families don't always complete the vital statistics form accurately."
Redoing the form costs you and your families extra work.

  • "The forms ask the family for the same information many times."
We should ask once and pre-fill the rest of the forms.

  • "Vital statistics information is not visible in Parting Pro."
You have to go into the PDF form to look at the information and enter into EDRS.

Today's release allows you to save vital statistics information in Parting Pro. This lays the foundation for a multi-step vision in making death certificates easier!
