Add notes to a Shopper to keep track of important customer information such as details taken during first contact. Keeping detailed notes allow teams to collaborate efficiently on Shoppers, i.e. when one team member takes the initial correspondence, and another team member follows up with the family.
Notes are timestamped so you have a record of the date and time you've done something. The person that submitted the note is logged as well for team collaboration.
Click on the Shopper you would like to update.
Click on the NOTES tab within the Shopper.
Type in your note and click SUBMIT.
Notes are all timestamped with the person's name to help with team collaboration. You can also Edit and Delete notes.
