A Price Shopper is the first step in the relationship with a price shopper. Creating Shoppers helps your team keep track of and organize potential customers. A Shopper is a designation for any potential customer that is not yet a confirmed, paying case.
Creating a Shopper is the same as creating a Case.
When should I create a Shopper?
You should create a Shopper in Parting Pro during the first contact (usually the first phone call) you have with a price shopper or potential customer. Parting Pro provides you with automated tools that will help turn a Shopper into a case, so you should create a Shopper for any potential customer that you meet.
What if they are already a customer?
If you have a family that is not in Parting Pro but is already a case, you should create a case in the AT-NEED CASES section of your dashboard.
