During onboarding, our team will meet with you to:

  • Collect key details about your funeral home

  • Walk through your messaging prompts and suggested timing

  • Customize your Aftercare flow to match your tone and preferences

  • Help you bulk upload any existing family contacts so your hub is populated from day one

What We'll Handle Behind the Scenes

To make things seamless for you and your families, we’ll:

  • Set up all automations to manage your messages

  • Procure and register a dedicated SMS number for your funeral home

  • Set up call forwarding so if a family calls your Aftercare number, it routes directly to your funeral home

Our goal is to take the tech work off your plate so you can focus on serving families.

Once your Aftercare Texting Hub is live, you'll receive

  • An email invitation to setup your login and access your personalized dashboard

  • Built-in help on every page so you can navigate confidently, even after hours

  • Your secure dashboard to manage contacts, messages, and settings
