What is an at-need case?

All of your at-need cases represent the current workload of your funeral home. An at-need case is a current customer that still has open tasks that need to be completed.

To look at all of the at-need cases you have, click on the FILTERS on the right side. Select At-need to only show at-need cases.

This section should be used for a confirmed customer from which you have already collected or can expect to collect payment. If the family is still undecided or has not yet committed to your funeral home, you should leave them as a Shopper.

You can either create an at-need case manually or it will be automatically moved from a Shopper once that customer has paid for services through the online checkout.
