Notes Column Overview
The Notes column gives you fast insight into case-level activity without opening each case.
A notes icon appears for every case
The column is visible by default
You can reposition it using Manage Columns
Clicking the Notes Icon
If no notes exist
You’ll see a prompt with a link to open the case’s Notes tab.
If notes exist
A modal opens showing:
Notes grouped by category
All Notes selected by default
A link to open each specific note within the full Notes tab for deeper interaction
This view is designed for awareness and quick checks - not full editing.
