Task & Case Navigation

Each case listed on the tasks page includes a clickable link to open in a new tab - clicking it takes you directly into that case’s Task tab. Useful for quickly navigating to a case or jumping into the context of the case’s task list without losing your spot on the global task page.

Each task and subtask can be opened in a new, separate page by accessing the Open in new tab option in the three dot menu.

You can also copy the direct link to a task or subtask by clicking the Copy link option in the three dot menu.

These same options can also be accessed from the three-dot menu within the Edit task/subtask modal window.
