By default, cases are collapsed on the global Task page. You can expand each case individually (or all at once) to view the tasks within each. Here's a quick summary of what you'll be able to see when cases are collapsed or expanded:
Collapsed View
Each case appears in a row showing:
Decedent name, Case ID, Date of Death
Number of tasks shown & Task completion progress
Assigned Funeral Director & Case Manager
Add Task button
Expanded View
Click on a row to view individual tasks and subtasks, each showing:
Name, Priority, Due Date, Assignee
Edit menu with options to edit, open in a new tab, copy link, or delete
Load More Cases
Only 20 cases load at a time. Scroll to the bottom and click Load More to view additional cases.
