If the bank disputes the charge will Payrix help us collect a new form of payment from the family?

If the bank disputes the charge, Payrix will NOT help collect a new form of payment.

They will only help submit any evidence that we collect to dispute that the charge is legitimate.

If the chargeback is processed because of insufficient evidence, you'll have to collect a new form of payment from the family directly.
