Absolutely! We'd encourage you to share your portal with anybody that can help you to onboard and get your Parting Pro Dashboard and Online Store running as quickly as possible.
Can I assign myself or team members to different tasks?
Yes, please feel free to do so.
I have a question but I'm not sure who to contact:
You can always reach out to your Client Success Manager by emailing them at [email protected]; or by using the Message Feature within your Onboarding Portal.
Will I have access to my Onboarding Portal forever?
No, once you're up and running with Parting Pro and you've had all of your meetings and we're sure that you're happy with your Dashboard and Online Store we will archive your Onboarding Portal.
This usually happens about three months after everything is set up.
If there is anything specific that you would like to have from your Onboarding Portal, please don't hesitate to request this information from your Client Success Manager.
