Before you can sign in, you need an account. A team admin must first invite you to Parting Pro. Once you accept the invitation and set up your account, you can sign in any time using the steps below.
Accepting a team invitation
To create an account and log in to your dashboard, a team member must first invite you to Parting Pro.
To do so, they will need to navigate to the Team page and click Add user.
Once you've been added, you'll receive an email inviting you to create an account.
Click Accept Invitation and you'll be prompted to set a password. Type your password in both boxes and click Continue.
If your funeral home has Google sign-in enabled, you can also click Continue with Google on the invite-accept page to finish setup without setting a password.
You'll be automatically logged in to your dashboard and brought to your home screen, which displays your active cases.
You're now ready to start using Parting Pro!
🕓 Once you've logged into Parting Pro on a device, you will remain logged in on that device until you manually log out.
🔐 Signing in with email and password
Once your account is set up, you can sign in any time.
Go to your funeral home's Parting Pro subdomain (for example,
yourfuneralhome.partingpro.com).Enter your email address and password.
Click Log in.
If your credentials are correct, you'll land on your dashboard. If they aren't, you'll see "Invalid email or password." Double-check your email address and try again, or use the password reset flow below.
To see your password as you type it, click the eye icon on the right side of the password field. Click it again to hide it.
🌐 Signing in with Google
If you have a Google-registered email account, you’ll see a Continue with Google button below the email + password form.
👤 Who can use Google sign-in? Any email address that’s registered as a Google Account can use Google OAuth. This includes:
Google Workspace accounts: company or school domains (e.g.,
[email protected],[email protected])Personal Gmail accounts: addresses ending in
@gmail.comNon-Gmail Google accounts: an existing email (like Yahoo or Outlook) that was registered as a Google Account.
Click Continue with Google.
Choose the Google account you want to use (or sign in to Google if prompted).
Review the permissions prompt and click Continue/Allow.
You’ll be signed in and redirected into Parting Pro.

🔄️ Resetting your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address on your Parting Pro account. If the format is invalid, you'll see "Please enter a valid email address" before the request is sent.
Click Send reset instructions.
A confirmation message shows the email address the reset link was sent to. Check your inbox and your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Open the email and click the reset link.
Enter your new password and confirm it. Use the eye icon to show or hide what you're typing.
Click Change password. You'll be signed in automatically and land on your dashboard.
📱Signing in on mobile
The sign-in, forgot password, reset password, and invite-accept pages are all mobile-friendly. On a phone or tablet, the layout stacks vertically with the same fields and options as desktop.
FAQ
I entered the right password but I still can't sign in. What should I do?
Try resetting your password using the Forgot your password link on the sign-in page. If the issue persists after resetting, reach out to your funeral home admin to confirm your account is active.I didn't get the reset email. Where is it?
Check your spam or junk folder first: password reset emails come from a Parting Pro address and occasionally land there. If it's not in spam either, use the Forgot your password flow again to send a new link.My reset link isn't working. What happened?
Reset links expire after a set period. If the link is no longer valid, go back to the sign-in page, click Forgot your password, and request a new link.I was invited but the invite link gives me an error.
Invitation links can expire or be invalidated if a new invite was sent to the same address. Ask your admin to resend the invitation, then use the link from the most recent email.I want to use Google sign-in but I don't see the option.
Google sign-in is available for all Google-registered email accounts. Check that your funeral home has a Google registered email.
