If you’re ready to automate getting your Parting Pro data into QuickBooks Online, follow these key steps.
👉 For full step-by-step details and screenshots, see the complete guide here:
Step 1: Generate Your Finance Data Export in Parting Pro
Go to Payments from the top-right dropdown of your dashboard.
Click on the Finance Data Export tab.
Under Account Setup, copy over your QuickBooks account names (case-sensitive) for:
Products & Services (e.g., “Merchandise Sales”, “Non-Merchandise Sales”)
Payments (e.g., “Deposits To”, “Refunds From”)
Set your date range and click Export.
Once the export shows Success, click Download.
Step 2: Prepare QuickBooks for Import
Ensure automatic sales tax is turned off in QuickBooks Online.
(Optional) Create a separate A/R account (e.g., “PartingPro AR”) in your Chart of Accounts if you want to keep imports separate from other invoices.
Step 3: Install & Access SaasAnt
In QuickBooks Online, go to Apps → Overview.
Search for SaasAnt Transactions (Bulk Import Excel) and click Launch.
Sign in to your SaasAnt account (minimum “Launch” plan).
Step 4: Import Your Parting Pro Data
Follow this order for smooth importing:
Customers → choose your primary customer type (e.g., Informant or Next of Kin).
Products & Services → map “Subcategory” from your file to “Category” in QuickBooks.
Invoices → use “Invoice/Order ID - unique” to avoid duplicates.
Payments → ensure the same Customer mapping as before.
(Optional) Credits & Refunds → import last if applicable.
After each import:
Review and fix any errors flagged by SaasAnt.
Verify imported data in QuickBooks under Sales → Customers/Invoices.
Step 5: Verify Your Results
Check that invoices, payments, and balances match what’s in Parting Pro.
Once confirmed, you’re ready to use this workflow regularly — simply re-export by date range and re-import through SaasAnt each week or month.
