Our system automatically generates invoices for online checkout submissions, streamlining the process for both paid and unpaid orders.
Paid Orders
When an order is paid for during the online checkout, an invoice is automatically generated and saved in the system. You can access and view this invoice directly from the Payments tab.
Unpaid Orders
For unpaid orders from either at-need pay later submissions, imminent arrangements, or pre-need arrangements an invoice is still auto-generated. This eliminates the need for manual invoice creation.
Simply edit the invoice and proceed with sending for payment!
Auto-generated invoices reflect the status of the online checkout submission and update accordingly when payments are made.
The icons next to each invoice help to differentiate between auto-generated and manually created invoices.
