Sending an Invoice & Request for Signature on a Contract

Send a contract and invoice together - perfect when you're ready to invoice right away and the signer and payer are the same person.

When creating and sending an invoice for payment, if the invoice doesn't yet have an associated contract, one can be automatically generated and sent for signature along with the payment request.

โš ๏ธ Sending both the payment request and request for signature on the contract is only available for invoices with a single recipient. For invoices with multiple recipients, the contract can be quickly generated and sent immediately following the sending of the invoice.

Sending the Invoice + Contract Together

This flow works best when the contract recipient/signer is the same person as the invoice recipient and you would like to collect payment and signature on the contract at the same time.

Once ready to send the invoice, the click the Send invoice button

A pop-up window will appear, to confirm sending the invoice to the recipient. The checkbox "Include request for contract e-signature" can be toggled on or off.

When checked, this option will generate the contract and include a request for signature on the Statement of Funeral Goods and Services Selected in the same email that requests payment on the invoice.
