Sending a Price Shopper Email

How can I send out an email to a Price Shopper?

If you have an interested Price Shopper and you need to send them a link to your online arranger to select services and merchandise, follow the below steps!

To get started, either select an existing Case to which you haven't sent an informational email by clicking on the decedent's name associated with the case, or create a new case by clicking on the + New case button in the upper right corner of your dashboard:

Customizing the Email

Navigate to the Email tab in the case and you will see the default email template appear. In order to customize this email only for this particular Price Shopper, simply change the subject or body of the email as you wish. You can style the text in the email with the formatting buttons:

Adding/Removing Attachments to the Email

In the Email attachments section, you can either drag files into the box to attach them or you can click in the box to bring up the window to select the attachments. If you want to remove a form, click Remove file under to the form you would like removed.

Sending Shopper Reminders

If you want your family to receive reminders to complete the online checkout, make sure the box is checked at the bottom for Send shopper reminders. Reminders will be sent based on the schedule in this article.

Reviewing and Sending the Email

To review the email prior to sending, click on the Review and Send button in the lower right corner:
