How do I update my services, urns, keepsakes, caskets, and fees on my online store?

If you'd like to make any changes or updates on your online checkout, we are happy to assist you. To view your online checkout, you can find the url here.

To request updates, you can either email us with details about the changes you'd like made at support[at]partingpro.com or contact our support team by using the chat at the bottom left of your Parting Pro dashboard.ย 

We are happy to help make updates to things such as:

  • Packages (adding new, editing descriptions, altering prices)

  • Merchandise (add or update caskets, urns, keepsakes, etc)

  • Additional service questions

  • Additional fees
