Want to give your online store a complete brand makeover? White labeling lets you do just that!

This article will guide you through the process of enrolling in white labeling and customizing your online store's appearance. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Enroll in White Labeling: To unlock this feature, head over to our sign-up page.

  2. Get a Custom Template: Our brand specialists will create a template specifically designed for your brand.

  3. Make it Your Own: This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to further customize your online store, including adding new templates or modifying the existing one.

**Please note - you must have Administrator privileges in order to customize your online store. If you do not currently have Administrator privileges, please check with a user who is assigned that role for assistance (they can either complete the customization or provide the admin role to your login).**

Once logged in as an Administrator, click on your name in the upper right corner of the dashboard and select Online Store from the dropdown menu.

To begin, click on the Add new template button in the upper right corner to begin your customization.

Note: When creating a new custom template for white labeling. The "source" option allows you to base the new template on an existing custom template. This can be helpful if you want to make minor adjustments without losing the original settings of the existing template. All image files and settings from the source template will automatically populate the new template.

Create a Name for your new template.

If you want to create a completely new template, no template source is needed and you just have to hit the "Add" button.

But if you want to edit an existing template, be sure to choose that template source and hit the "Add" button.

Now click on the pencil to the right of your new custom template to edit it:

Once on the Edit template page, you will see options to edit General information, Logo & Favicon, Page style, Images, Fonts, and Colors:

General information

Here, you can create a customized Name for the template as well as a Description:

Logo & Favicon

Here, you can upload images for your logo and/or favicon:

The Logo is what will appear as a static image in the upper left corner of the store.

The Favicon is the icon associated with the page tab. Below is an example of what it looks like in Google Chrome:

Below the Logo & Favicon settings, you will see a checkbox labeled "Show 'Powered by Parting Pro' link." By default, this option is enabled and will display the "Powered by Parting Pro" text in the lower-left corner of each online store page. If you do not wish to show this link, simply uncheck the box.

Please refer to the image provided below to see the appearance of the store when the "Powered by Parting Pro" link is enabled.

Page Style

Here, you can select a page style of either Circle or Rectangle. This will be how the image on the page will be displayed:

Circle page style displays the image like so:

And Rectangle will take up a bit more real estate on the page:

Images

Here, you can drag or click to upload an image file. These images will be displayed on the Packages page, Details pages, and Services pages of the online store.

**Please note - Be mindful when uploading files larger than 1MB may slow down page loading speeds. We suggest using images sized at 600 x 800 pixels to maintain performance, but sometimes these images might appear grainy in rectangle page styles.**

Fonts

This section allows you to select a Text font style you would like to use for your online store:

Colors

When selecting the colors, we suggest using colors which align with your brand such as colors found in your logo or on your website, but ultimately the color choices are up to you. We've provided color tips to guide you through your selection process.

Your changes autosave as you go, but when you are finished, click the Preview button In the lower right corner to preview the online store with the modifications you just made.

If you're happy with your changes and want to make them live on your website, click the "Back to all templates" link in the top left corner. This will take you back to the template selection page.

Once you're on the template page, locate the template you just customized and click the radio button next to its name. This is the final step that will publish your changes and make your customized online store live!
