Summary

This article explains the recent domain update, what it means for your store, emails, forms, and payments, and why automated reminders are temporarily paused.

Overview

You may notice that some areas of Parting Pro now display a different domain called arrangementplatform.com. This is an expected change. The new domain helps improve delivery and reliability for emails, forms, payment links, and other areas your families interact with.

At the same time, automated reminders have been temporarily paused while we stabilize email delivery. You can still resend reminders manually from each case.

What is arrangementplatform.com

arrangementplatform.com is a secure domain owned and operated by Parting Pro. It is now used for:

  • Your public store

  • Your login page

  • Outgoing emails

  • Digital forms

  • Payment links

  • Verification or signature requests

This update does not change how your families interact with any part of your workflow. The experience stays exactly the same.

Will my families notice anything different

No. Families can continue to

  • open and submit forms

  • complete payments

  • access your store

  • verify identities

  • click any emailed links

Everything continues to work normally.

Why automated reminders are paused

To stabilize email delivery, automated reminders are temporarily disabled. This includes reminders for:

  • forms

  • invoices

  • ID verifications

  • payment requests

Automated reminders will not send during this period even if the reminder label shows as enabled.

Reminder labels may appear incorrect

Inside your case view, reminders may show one of two statuses:

  • Reminder enabled

  • Reminder disabled

These labels will not reflect the actual behavior while reminders are paused. All automated reminders are off until restoration is complete.

How to send reminders manually

You can resend any reminder manually.

  1. Open the case

  2. Locate the form, invoice, or item you want to follow up on

  3. Select the Actions menu to the right of the email

  4. Choose Resend Email

Here is what the Actions menu looks like:

Will this affect previously sent items

No. Any emails already delivered will continue to work. Your families can still access and complete everything normally.

When will automated reminders be restored

Our team is actively working to restore normal functionality. As soon as automated reminders are available again, we will notify all users inside the dashboard and by email.
