How to Utilize Case Filters

How do I see all cases of a certain type? Or only my cases? This article shows how to filter out cases so you see only what you need to see.

You can filter out cases by Case stage, Case type, Case id, Date range (creation), Date of death range, Payment statuses, and Case managers. To begin, simply navigate to your dashboard of cases and click on the Filters button:

To see the results you need, you will select the corresponding criteria. For instance, if you want to see only Pre-need cases, click on the box for Pre-need and hit the Apply filters button:

Once that filter is applied, you should then only see Pre-need case types:

Additionally, you will notice that the Filters button has a number in it that corresponds with the number of filters selected:

**It's important to keep in mind that when a filter is applied, this affects all users who access the dashboard so if you log into Parting Pro and don't see your cases, there could be a filter enabled. In order to reset and remove all filters, simply click on the Filters button and in the Filters window, click on the Reset button at the bottom to remove ALL filters (when you click on Reset, the system will take just a moment to remove the filters and then automatically close out the Filters window and take you back to the Dashboard - there is no need to click on Apply filters after hitting the Reset button):

Since we had a filter to show only Pre-need cases before, now that it's removed, you can see all case types:
