What do I do with my case once?

Congratulations! You've completed a case. At this time, you'll likely want to move this case out of the Active cases view to keep your Parting Pro dashboard nice and organized.

While in the case you want to mark as Completed, click on the button currently labeled as Active and select Completed in the dropdown (the process autosaves, so there is no Save button to click after changing the status):

Now, click on the link in the upper left corner to direct you Back to cases:

Click on the status of Completed to see all cases with that status:
