Finding the case you want to work on

On your dashboard, click on the 🔍 search icon and type in the deceased name, informant name, or case ID of the case you’re looking for.

Alternatively, you can filter cases on:
​Active, Completed, or Archived case

Case stage: (Shopper, Customer)
Case type: (At-need, Imminent, Pre-Need)

Case id: (Assigned, Unassigned)

Show my cases only

Once filtered, the list of active cases, click on the deceased name blue link of the case you want to view.
