To better support the way your funeral home operates, you can now assign your own case IDs quickly and easily.

While you're in a case, click on ASSIGN CASE ID.

Type in the case ID and click out of the field.

To look at all of the cases you have with a case ID, click on the FILTERS on the right side. Select Assigned to only cases with case IDs.
