Why can't I see reviews posted on Google, Yelp or Facebook?

Sometimes, you'll notice that a family has provided a rating, but a review isn't appearing on the selected media platform (Google, Yelp or Facebook).

When a case is marked as "Completed" in your dashboard, the informant will receive an email with an option to provide a review. The informant will first provide a star rating. If that star rating is 4 or 5 stars, they can select the media platform on which they would like to post a review. and can provide a star rating only OR they can choose to provide a star rating with CONTENT.

If an informant provides a star rating only, that review will not be posted to the chosen media platform (this happens when families give their star rating, click to the social platform and then abandon writing any further review content).

However, if CONTENT is included with the star rating, the review will be posted to the selected social media platform.

In the below screenshot, you can see reviews containing CONTENT:

And if you search for these reviews on their chosen media platforms, you can see them posted:

For the ratings provided without written review content, nothing will be posted to the selected social media platform. Reviews with only a star rating will only be displayed on the Reviews Reporting page within your Parting Pro Dashboard.
