Clearing your browser cache can help improve your browsing experience by removing stored data that may be causing issues. As updates are constantly being made to the website to improve your experience and basic functionality, it's a good idea to ensure you're seeing the most updated version of the page. Here are step-by-step instructions for clearing the cache in three popular web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

Google Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.

3. Select Clear Browsing Data:

4. In the window that appears, the boxes for all three options are typically checked by default. We recommend checking Cached images and files at the very least (checking the other boxes will remove cookies and browsing history that you may not want to lose, so keep that in mind). You can change the Time range if you want to only clear the cache for more recent history all the way to clearing for all time. Once you've selected the parameters, click on the Clear data button in the lower right corner:

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

2. Click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the upper-right corner to open the menu.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Type the word "cache" in the search field in the upper right corner. In the results below, click on the Clear Data button:

5. In the Clear Data window, make sure the box is checked for Cached Web Content at minimum. Then, hit the Clear button in the lower right corner to clear the cache:

Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper-right corner to open the menu.

3. Scroll down and click on Settings.

4. Click on Privacy, Search, and Services in the left menu and then scroll down the page to the Clear browsing data section. Click on the Choose What to Clear button:

5. Ensure that the Cached images and files option is selected at minimum (checking the boxes for all other options might sign you out of sites and will cause you to lose your browsing history, so make very sure you want those checked before proceeding) and select the Time range and then click on the Clear Now button:

After following these steps, the browser cache for the respective browser should be cleared, which can help resolve issues related to cached data. Any questions? Please reach out to us at [email protected]!
