Meeting with the family in person? Use the E-sign in person option in the contract menu (three dots). This opens the contract on your screen so the purchaser can sign while with you.
How to e-Sign the Contract in-person with the family
To use this feature, click the E-sign in person option in the three dots menu within the contract record.
This opens a dedicated signing page that mirrors the recipient experience, allowing the purchaser to review the contract and provide their electronic signature while physically present with you.
❗ The contract must first be sent to the recipient(s) before using e-sign in person. The e-sign in person option will not be available for contracts that haven't been sent to recipients.
