Have a family coming in for in-person arrangements and need to have them complete forms? See below for instructions.

Generating the Form

While in a case, click on the Forms tab and click on the Send or print button:

On the following page, make sure you have the Print forms tab highlighted:

Under Step 1 for Recipient information you can either click on the dropdown arrow to select a contact from the Case Details:

Or you can enter the recipient's first name, last name, and any other information you want to provide (next to Additional information, you can click on the word Optional to expand the window and add more details for the recipient/signer). The name used here will be pre-filled into the forms as the informant contact information and will be the name used for the signature on the forms. **Please confirm with the family that the name is spelled correctly before proceeding.

Hit Next in the lower, right corner to proceed. On the following page, you will see Print buttons to the right of all of the available forms from which to choose. Locate the form you want to complete with the family and hit Print to the right of that form:

Filling Out the Form

To complete the form while in-person, have them click on the yellow Start button in the upper, right corner to go through the form and fill out all required fields:

After all required fields have been completed, the yellow Start button in the upper, right corner will change to a yellow Finish button for the recipient to click on. After confirming all information is correct, click on Finish to finalize the form (this acts the same as when a family completes forms you email to them - when they hit Finish, the Case Manager and anyone else receiving team notifications are notified that the form is complete):

The Finish button will turn into a green Download button after the form is finalized. When you download the form, it will be accompanied by the signature certificate provided by PandaDoc:

You can also click on the green Download button at the bottom of the page to download a copy of the form. After you've downloaded it, hit the Close button at the bottom:

Repeat the process with all of the forms you need for the family to complete. Once you've edited and downloaded the forms you want to print, click on the Back to case button in the lower right or upper left corners:

Viewing and Printing Printed Forms in the Forms Tab

The forms that you've generated and downloaded will now show with a status of Printed in the Forms tab of the case in Digital forms overview:

If you need to print the form at any time, simply click on the Actions button to the right of the related form under Digital form history and select Download to download a copy to your PC and print out a hard copy:

Printing Out an Incomplete Form

If the family does NOT want to complete the form online with you and you only need to print out a copy for them to fill out by hand, following the preceding instructions and while the form is open, simply click on the green Download button at the bottom to save a copy to your PC so that you can print out a hard copy:

Clicking on the green Download button will create a copy of that form under Digital form history (in the state it was at the time you downloaded it, so if it was blank it will be blank under Digital form history and if it was partially filled in, same applies - it's a snapshot of the form at that time) so if things get overcrowded, you can always delete the form, but keep in mind that deleting it is permanent so be careful in doing so:

Uploading Hard Copies to Case Files

Finally, if the family chose to print out the forms to fill out by hand and you want to keep an electronic copy in the case, you can upload a scanned copy to your Case files. In the Forms tab of the case, scroll to the bottom and click on the Upload button to the right:

This will provide the option to upload any files you want to keep with the case that you handle outside of Parting Pro:
